Posters will be display in the exhibition hall as follows:
Friday 9.00 – 18.00
Saturday 9.00 -12.00
Poster authors will be present in person during assigned times as follows:
Friday 13.00 – 14.00 Exhibition hall
Each poster display should include a lettered sign giving the title and the name(s) of the author(s)
Poster shoul be A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation. The poster should be printed on one whole sheet (multiple sheets of smaller size paper are not allowed), preferably using color to support communication.
Poster authors
- can take posters directly to the congress center on October 25, from 1pm to 5pm
- send a copy of the poster to sie@univpm.it by October 5, 2018.
