Instructions for poster presentation

Posters will be display in the exhibition hall as follows:
Friday 9.00 – 18.00
Saturday 9.00 -12.00

Poster authors will be present in person during assigned times as follows:
Friday 10.40 – 12.00 Exhibition hall

Each poster display should include a lettered sign giving the title and the name(s) of the author(s)

Poster shoul be A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation. The poster should be printed on one whole sheet (multiple sheets of smaller size paper are not allowed), preferably using color to support communication.

Poster authors

• can take posters directly to the congress center on October 19, from 1pm to 5pm
• send a copy of the poster to sie@univpm.it by October 5, 2017.
